1. The new site it is empty, you have the option to add services.
For Example:CareerBuilder; Indeed jobs
2. My site is in Hebrew. Wanted to do the translation, but nenashel file with the extension .pot.

You can make a new file under language directory as
/wpcareers/language/lang_he.php
or better you create a copy of the existing file lang_en.php and rename it to the lang_he.php and update /translate the English texts into Hebrew.
